LYDNEY RALLY TEAS STALL
Enjoy meeting people, keeping busy, dealing with money, designing process systems?
Then helping out at the rally tea stall will be a real doddle!
I am looking for a load of helpers, so that the stall is personed with 2 – 3 people throughout the day. It can get busy, especially in the morning when there can be queues, and its handy to have two dealing with the punters and one behind refilling water boilers etc. If you could volunteer for a couple of hours (will start setting up around 8.00) please let me know availability or whether you can be flexible. (Roger Bamford was a stalwart last year and I shall miss him – he was great at devising efficiency systems)
Will also require some thermal jugs if anyone can loan one and of course, if anybody is able to donate a cake that would be wonderful (I know that Susan P has already started cooking)
