As you are aware the Open Day will soon be upon us – Sat 18th June – I have volunteered to organise the stalls hence this notice.

I have 2 requests, firstly I need prizes for the tombola from crisps and cans to alcohol, the more we get the higher the profit for the club. I will put a box at the club this weekend for the donations (please make sure that any consumables are ‘in date’). Secondly I need volunteers to run the stall so if you can help please email me jenaw@btinternet.com
